I just set up my Max7 and I got 1.7 to my SamsungZFold4 at 13feet, with wifi 6E. I in no way optimized my speedtest. I put the Eero Max 7 in the entertainment center pressed up against a wood divider, with a wood table top about 1 inch above the router. I used openspeedtest.com server on a windows machine connected to the 2.5gbs lan port. The Tom's hardware numbers would seem to hold.
