Email arriving late to Outlook issue

Hello Everyone,

I am having issues with one of our users receiving emails late from one specific client.

This user is receiving emails from everyone else on time but it seems some emails come in from 45 minutes to 5 hours later.

When checking our mail filter (Which keeps track of all incoming emails) it arrives on time.

It does not get stuck in the mail server queue (Exchange 2013)

His Outlook (2013) reports the correct time it was sent in the headers, but the messages column shows the late time that he received the email.

Between these periods, he is able to send and receive emails normally to everyone else.

Has anyone else has this issue?
