Question Emerson TV Issue

I have an Emerson TV and it is not turning on. After I hit the power button, the power light will blink RED at least 20 times then stop then go to a solid red light. The Emerson TV logo will briefly appear on the screen then disappear.

Obviously, a piece of hardware has failed and will need to be replaced. I have already tried some basic troubleshooting steps like leaving it unplugged for 60 minutes and I tried to use the remote. I tried another outlet. I tried holding in the power button as I plug it in. Nothing seems to fix it.

How do I fix this issue?

Thanks for the response. I want to narrow down what is causing the issue as I described. Has the main board or something else failed based on what I described?
