Endless loop when computer trying to upgrade windows 10

Computer was trying to update W10. Now I have a loop
Attempting to recover installion "
"Restoring your previous version of windows"
Just keeps going round and round. I've tried shutting off 3 times, but it does nothing. I can't get to any screens to troubleshoot. Help..
Oh, BTW, I'm not tech savy..

from another pc make a windows 10 new bootable usb iso stick. from the broken pc change boot to usb and boot from the usb stick. boot into the recovery tools on the usb stick try and roll back from the usb stick.

Thank-you for the quick reply. Sorry, I'm not tech s avy so this confuses me a bit. I do have access to another computer with W10. Is it easy to copy W10 to a USB?

click on the download tool. when you run it it ask if you want to download the iso or place it on a usb stick. click place on usb stick. make sure the stick is empty as it format it and any data on it be lost.
