can not get rid of Total Security 360 so searched for malware /virus /spyware cleaner found enigma's software,but it asks for subscription can not be used without paying.Norton Power Eraser will not work as the Licence "tick window" is missing..Total Security 360 controls loaded,opened programmes actively wastes time and Pesters..

boot into safe mode and try uninstalling from there.

Have you tried simply uninstalling this Total Security? You should look for 360 Total Security AND 360 Total Security Essential. Besides, program's developer recommends finding "360” folder and deleting it as well. I am pretty sure this is the main reason why people keep struggling with its elimination.
