Solved! Error 0xc000185 ASUS notebook

I have an ASUS laptop with windows 8.1 and i have the error 0xc0000185 with a blue screen. I can't find the CD for the laptop and it won't boot up for me to use it at all. It will take me to the Aptio Setup screen though. Any advice on how I can fix it?

You are going to need a CD or USB with the system data on it to restore it.
