I am going to assume you were trying to run recovery on the computer? That is usually when you run into that error. It is telling you that either the files or the disk/USB you were trying to use is having errors.

You can try pressing "0" while the computer is loading and then follow the on screen instructions. Should that not work, then, if the device is under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If it isn't, try a local tech.
