My youtube video showing an error occured please try again later message from yesterday,i am using kaspersky interenet security antivirus,is this problem because of my antivirus?

what web browser are you using?

internet explorer
chrome
firefox ????

chances are you have a problem with a flash browser plug in

Firstly if you are using internet explorer download and use one of the others
Then make sure Flash is up to date

i came to know it is the isp that is causing the problem,because when i connect with another isp it is working fine,what should i do for it,help me plz
