EXE Files sizes went down to 522kb . Anyone know how to fix these?

When did this happen, after an update, after you downloaded a cheat ?

didnt download anything , i think my skyrim folder has virus since i just copied it from my old HDD .

any fix / solution that i can remove these . virus / works from my computer ?
