EXP GDC Beast 8.5c mini-pcie black screen on both displays (laptop and monitor)

EXP GDC Beast mini-pcie black screen on both displays (laptop and monitor). It won't boot and the unit turns on (PC and Beast) both have power but there's no display output. When I unplug the mini-pcie from the PC, the screen turns back on after reboot.

I have an HP EliteBook 2540p with i5 6gb ram and SSD and I am attempting to install a Nvidia GTX 660 2gb

Didn't go to into bios, or change any settings, also my EXP GDC Beast have 2 switch - atx off/on and ptd, which are both off, tested with ptd on but still black screen

Contact support for the adapter. You have your video card connected to a power supply yes?
