Explore page only shows “popular worldwide” posts

My app suddenly lagged so I exited the app and entered again. When I checked Explore, all things that were related to what I follow and like were ENTIRELY GONE! I clicked onto every post and they all had something in common. They all had the sentence “Popular Worldwide” I am now very sad that I can’t see things related to what I love and it really troubles me that I have to search it by myself. I’ve tried liking more posts that I usually love and isn’t changing the posts that are being suggested to me on Explore. I hope someone can find a solution for me as soon as possible.
