External expresscard for laptop?

I was wondering if I could connect an external graphics card to an acer aspire 573g, but I heard you need an expresscard, or a thunderbolt 3.0 to plug it in and this laptop doesn't have either of them, so I was wondering if I could plug an external expresscard with a USB and plug an external graphics card into the external expresscard into the laptop?

1. Can I even have an external graphics card for this laptop?
2. I so, will an external expresscard work with an external graphics card?

Any help regarding this question would be much appreciated!

Companies have been releasing those recently and they are all proprietary. So contact Acer for that question.
