Solved! Extremly Annoying Virus

So it started somewhere around a week back after I downloaded a trainer from gamecopyworld.com for Northgard. The problem is that it shows me spam links google search results. I've uninstalled all potentially harmful softwares. There are no new addons, no new plugins. I've identified the source file that is causing the problem. So when I force delete it with revo uninstaller, the problem goes away for some time but the folder gets created again. It is weirdly named as "ZGI3OWViYzBhNzE1Nj". I've tried malwarebytes, awd cleaner, hitman pro, tdss cleaner and what not but it doesn't identify it as a virus. The only option now is to format the pc but I don't have that kind of time. Please help me if anyone knows a solution. Tired of searching over google and still no luck.

Boot to a USB drive with linux on it.
grab a USB drive, a copy of rufus and a linux distribution.
http/distrowatch.com/ has tons of differing linux distributions and download links. I personally am fond of linux mint with cinnamon.
https/rufus.akeo.ie/ the utility used to extract the ISO file to the USB drive.

use rufus to extract the selected ISO to the tunmb drive. it will make the drive bootable and you can run linux from the drive once done.

linux will delete any folder regardless of the protections.
boot to linux, open the file explorer and you can remove the folder.

if it is a virus formatting and installing the OS afresh is the only way to be sure
