F2 and f10 does not respond

my laptop is LG ther is aproblem when it starts up and hang on this words"press f2 for bios or f10 for sothing else idont remember"

You are having motherboard problems if you can't even get to the bios. If you have two RAM modules you might try safely removing one, then the other to see if defective RAM is causing the problem.
