Question Facebook won't work via mobile hot spot, but will through USB tethering

HI, I use the mobile hotspot on my Android phone for internet on my Windows 10 laptop. This work fine, except recently Facebook, and only Facebook, has been loading very slowly or not at all on Chrome. Everything else is fine. Viewing Facebook directly on my phone is also fine. I can resolve issue this by connecting my phone to my laptop using a USB tether connection instead of the hotspot, then Facebook goes fine, but I’d much rather use the mobile hotspot. Any suggestions?
