Solved! Facing Thermal Throttling and Power Limit Throttling issues

My Asus R558UQ-DM513D laptop has been power limit throttling and thermal throttling for quite a while now. I had the laptop repasted but that didn't seem to change the situation much. How can I fix these issues?

940MX

8GB DDR4

65W AC Adapter

you could use a cooler pad

It´s totally normal while stress testing such a laptop that it will throttle.
