Factory reset confirmation code?

My phone started having problems charging and now when I try to start it, it just says samsung galaxy s ll. I tried to reset the phone but it is asking for a confirmation code. Any ideas on what it is or how to fix it. This is the only phone I have so I cant call straight talk.
