Solved! fan noise problen

I have a problem why when I turn on the laptop a sound is heard inside sometimes it stops and again it starts and when I play the sound becomes very fast

That may not be an actual problem, fan speed varies, and in many systems they can get pretty loud. Unless it's a sound of grinding or something off-balance. In those cases, replace the fan. Open the system, make sure it's free of dust, maybe re-apply new thermal paste, if there are issues causing the fan to spin too fast due to poor cooling that may help.
