My fb account password lost and sim no lost and give me my fb password please sir/mam

Option 1: Go to Facebook's website & click on "forgot password", then follow the instructions to reset the password.

Option 2: contact Facebook's Support personnel if you can't access the email address that you provided when you registered for Facebook.

Beyond that, there is nothing that anyone else can do to help -- not Tom's Hardware, not Apple/Microsoft/Google, not the FTC, nobody -- because a) it's the Facebook account, & b) if you can't prove who you claim you are to Facebook's login screen, there's no way anyone is going to help you to circumvent that.
