file explorer is not opening

when i click on file explorer on teask bar it is going to start menu givink a blink and not responding plss gve me a solution

Safe mode is very good solution for enconter this types of problems.
If you are using windows 7, then press f8 when starting your computer and choose safe mode.

if you are using windows 8 or 8.1 or 10, then try this link
