How to I manage files? I can't figure out how to move a program to my memory
card, or see the actual data files on the card...

any help?

I recommend you Total Commander CE, is freeware and very good

You can also move files easy with your desktop if you are connected via
Active Sync.

Just navigate to it in file explorer, select the file and cut it using the
hold menu. Navigate to where you want the file then paste it using Edit
menu.

If it is a program you want to move it may not work after doing this.

Programs must generally be installed initially on the memory card to work.
Part of the installation places pointers in the registry that would be
broken if you move the program after installation. Choosing NO when
ActiveSync Add/Remove programs asks about installing to the default
directory will give you the option of installing to the memory card.

To see the files on your memory card in File Explorer you must use the
dropdown in the top gray bar to get to My Device, before you see your memory
card in the list of folders. Then select and navigate back down to the
contents of the card.
