Hello,
About two months ago,I had downloaded a program that was supposed to monitor my CPU temperature.
I late find that it was a High virus threat through Norton,and I eventually got rid of it.
I then went to uninstall/change programs and File opener package was listed there,I kept on trying to manually uninstall it,but it didn't work.
Now,skip forward to as I write this,and I tried it one last time,this window would pop up,saying "Do you want this program to make changes to your hard drive"
No matte what,I click yes/No,another window will pop up saying uninstaller for this program,but I noticed something in the bottom left hand corner,it said,remove this program or something like that,I click it,and now the file is gone from the uninstall/change program list.
What I want to know is if it's truly gone or not I have just finished a full Norton system scan,and it came up as fine.
Any help would be appreciated!
