From my previous post, http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3079199/laptop-booting-bios.html#18073312

I finally got myself into installation media and opened up command prompt to do a chkdsk drive: /r and I got these messages in the process, after a few googling it's a failing hdd. What can I do to fix it?

I can't go into Windows and I can neither go into Safe Mode. Both of them will lead me to a BSOD or a Recovery blue screen. Anyone?

Solution
You have to buy a new drive, install an OS on it and hope that the important data on your existing disk can be read and saved. The only solution to a failing hard drive is a new hard drive and a restore from backups (which I doubt you have) or a clean OS install.
