I'm needing to find my pictures off of my OLD phone,Help.!

Turn on your old phone, copy your pictures off it. If you don't have your old phone, nothing you can do unless you saved them somewhere outside the phone like on a computer or cloud storage.

Are you saying you have it saved to a cloud storage provider? Then simply logon to that account and get your files.
