Find number when restricted comes in

Getting calls from restricted number. Can i get number? Is there a restricted number list?

There is no way to get the number. Best you could do, if you don't want to get them, is to answer and tell them to not call, or get an app (if your phone doesn't have to ability to make this change on its own) that will allow for blocking restricted, blocked, private, etc., calls.
