Finding a IT solutionsoftware

hi,
i have recently joined to the IT department. i need a software for following purposes.

1.Keep track on PC/printers/telephones ..etc

2. keep record for purchasing , issuing items such as ink cartridges , toners...etc

3. getting report monthly for issued items/purchased items.

4. Full inventory details.

please help me out. please help me to get done those things from minimum no of software. and also they have to be free.

Spiceworks might be able to do what you want. I'm not particularly familiar with it outside of the helpdesk and reporting components, but I know it does keep track of hardware on your network. I'm not sure if it's really an inventory system though. It's free, so you don't lose anything by trying it.

You need any network inventory software: lansweeper, total network inventory etc

Im personally use Trogon network inventory (http/trogonsoftware.com/trogon-network-inventory.html)
