Discussion Fire hd 10 battery voltage

So my fire stopped charging out of the blue figured maybe the port went bad.

I took it apart checked the port seemed good, so I checked voltage on battery and it's sitting at 3.402..

Is that considered low enough to be dead?



II've tried to do the jump starting method bypassing the charger and it still won't move up nor down from that.

Is it in a hibernation status? Or

I've been watching videos on fixing la ion battery's perhaps digging into the battery will be my next guess
