Firefox The proxy server is refusing connections message

I am trying to load a website on my sister's dell desktop but when I try to, it tells me that my proxy settings are not correct. I told it to automatically detect its settings but no luck 🙁. Is there a setting I forgot to change. Please help me!

Normally most users will not be using proxy servers so this setting should be set to no proxy.

Occasionally work or education facilities use proxy servers and you can get the details from the system admin.
