My daughter is at an age where my husband and I are starting to discuss getting her a cell phone, but we aren't quite ready yet to give her full access to everything out there. Recently we gave her one of our old Android cell phones (wifi only for now) for her to use for 911 and some of her apps, but we would like for her to be able to call us with it. I'm aware that I could download google voice, but I'm not sure I want her to be able to call everyone she knows at all hours of the night.
Are there any apps that would give me the parental controls to control who she can call and when? Maybe something that would allow me to GPS track her if we decided to add her to our service plan?
