Question Fitness tracker for bad memory (reminders)

I have quite serious organisation issues because of learning difficulties. I want to a smart watch / fitness tracker that will essentially be a reminder.

I want a watch that will remind me to go to the gym at a certain time.
Remind me what workout I’m doing. If possible what exercise and for how many reps (leg press 12 reps , rows 12 etc)

I’d like it to remind me to drink water and go to bed.

I don;t care about heart rate monitor really, or gps or like motion sensors... But it could be handy to be able to get direction updates from google maps or something. I suppose if it new how many reps I was doing it could be cool because it would automatically tell me when to do next exercise, but i’m not that bothered if I can just press a button to say ‘next’ instead.

Any tips?
