fix delayed sound on phone calls

people can not hear me when I make a call. They keep saying I am breaking up. What is the problem?

We use Skype and it is through I nexus. I think they are. I am not sure if it is VOIP or web calling

We are on Skype and it is through I Nexus. Big problems. I believe it is web calling and not VOIP. It is not just me that is affected. The whole crew has this problem
