My ZTE concord android will not turn on ive tried charging it nothing works!

Try holding down the power button while you hold down the volumn up button and see if it will boot. If it does reinstall the backup operating system. You can pull the battery and leave it out of the phone for 15 minutes and see if the phone will reset.
