I replaced the LED backlight on this TV sometime last year and it was working great, but now the TV has these thin, evenly spaced, horizontal lines that flash in and out on the LCD screen.

So, I took it apart, made sure the ribbon cables were secure, and didn't find any noticeable bad caps.
These flashing lines appear at startup with the Vizio logo and choosing a different input source doesn't make a difference.
This TV doesn't have a t-con board. Just the main board and the power supply board. Any idea which of those would be causing the problem? If it's the panel that's gone bad, then I'll just get a new TV.
