Is there an fm radio on the market that could be connected to an existing soundbar

Depends on the inputs of the soundbar and the outputs of the fm radio.

Look for "FM Tuner" - a radio without an amplifier. It will have RCA audio out, headphones out, and some high-end models (with HD Radio support) might also have optical out.

There used to be a lot of these in the past, not so many now. Young generation does not listen to radio.
