FN function won't let me use hotkeys

Hello,
I don't know how but my FN function is somehow locked and won't let me use my hotkeys like the volume keys, and when pressing the F1 to F12 keys without FN held down, they have the FN effect
I already looked in the user manual and looked on internet for solutions but there aren't any!
Please help me! It's so annoying.
And I use a Packard Bell Easynote TS44SB
