Question Force application to open at lower resolution / size than monitor resolution

I have Advance Uninstaller and in their infinite, mictosoft-like, wisdom, it does not have minimize/maximise buttons. Unfortunately, when the program opens, the buttom of the program is not visible and neither are any of the option buttons (Cancel, Run, Delete, etc.) Innovative Solutions admits this option, unlike every other program out there that I use, is not now nor will it be available.
Is there a way to get the program to open smaller than the screenresolution. I'm using a 55" monitor set to 3840x2160. Is there a way to get the program to open to 3840x2100 or the like?

If you want to get fancy you could use a PowerShell script and just run the .bat file when you want to use Advance Uninstaller.
