Sorry, but these types of questions are not allowed in this forum.

There is no way anyone here can verify you are the owner of the laptop. It is against forum policy since answering this type of question can consideredas aiding and abetting piracy. I recommend you contact the laptop manufacturer's customer support for help. As long as you registered your laptop after you purchased it, they should be able to verify you are the rightful owner.
