This is important. You should keep in mind that a sniper rifle will not work best in case of shooting clay pigeons. And not just the sniper rifle, but other weapons that require serious accuracy.

You can do this in squads and duos where you can ask your partner to start the clay shooter and you start there waiting for the clay pigeon to go in the air so you can shoot it. This will save you the time it would’ve taken you to first interact with the clay shooter and then coming back and making the aim and shooting the clay pigeon. It will also make it a little less challenging for you to shoot the clay pigeon as you will already be in the shooting position.
