FPS drops while playing games.

Hello.
Sorry for my bad English. I have a Asus X555UJ and when i try to play any games i get frequent fps drops. For example GTA V from 40 fps to 15 fps or CS:GO from about 130 fps to 70 fps This laptop is 1,5 years old i tried everything reinstalling Windows ect... I don't know if it is by overheating. But please help me.
Laptop specs
Intel core i5 - 6200U
Nvidia 920m
8gb DDR3 ram
Windows 10 home

first off all monitor your temps during gaming session.if its abnormal bring it in for a thermal repaste and clean the internals.

Ok just did some stress tests and the result is GPU 92 degrees Celsius and CPU is between 87 degrees Celsius is it bad? Im quiet a PC noob.

Thats quite a high temp especially for the gpu.i suggest sending your shop for thermal re paste and internal cleaing
