"FR" in product name. French keyboard?

I'm looking at a Lenovo t460 on amazon. And it has "FR" in the product name. Does that mean it has a French keyboard? Amazon calls it the "Lenovo FR T460".

A link to it may help. It does seem like it may be french since a web search for it comes up with Canada sites and links.
