Free Toshiba Recovery disk

I have a toshiba satellite a665-s6100x that the hdd has got hit with the grim reapers touch and died & it's out of warranty & recovery disk are no where to be found can someone make me a recovery disk for free plz

No. You have to buy a copy of Windows.
