Freemake Video Converter

Hey guys, I have been recording game footage recently using msi afterburner, recording the files as mjpeg compressions. The file sizes end up being roughly 17gbs for a 10 minute video, obviously this is too large to upload to youtube so I downloaded freemake video converter and converted the files to mp4, however when i do this the audio seems to be a second or 2 behind the video. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Perhaps another video converter?(doesnt have to be free). Also i use sony vegas 12 to edit my videos, I have tried fixing the audio sync to the best of my abilities however there is still a 1-2 millisecond gap between the audio and video. SAVE ME somebody!

Try Handbrake. That has a 64bit version.
