Frozen computer start-up

My acer aspire laptop with windows 8 is stuck on start-up with the "Acer explore beyond limits" on the screen. Please help me

No. have not used this computer for about 1 week, it was recently serviced however, when ibought
a new computer, so its not covered by any warranty..
