hey everyone i am new to trying to make software work so this question might be dumb to some of you all, thanks in advance for any help. ok so im tryng to start up a program called turtlebeach px5 sound editor its a sound editing software tool for a headset, it use to work with no problems allthou i hadent used it for a month or so untill last week when there was an update for that software, i double click on the icon then im prompted for administrator permission and i click ok then it looks as thou windows starts loading the program but after only 10 or so seconds it stops loading and it does not start up. about a month and a half ago during a windows update my pc was shutdown during an update that made my pc all screwey but after reinstalling the updates the pc has been fine since, i dont know if this problem is related to that windows 7 update misshap orto the px5 sound editor update, i have done some research to see if the sound editor update has compatibility issues with windows 7 but everything i found seems to say it should work, any ideas on how to get tgis program running? i have tried downloading the sound editor to a flash drive and install on a different machine but it requires frame work 4.0 or better, that made me think that perhaps my frame work was corupt so i reinstalled it and still nothing.
