Frustration with video on Windows 8/10

I watch horse racing streaming and replays on various sites. I had the old Vista but because it had stopped working on there but did on Windows 8 laptop I upgraded to a new Windows 10.

Now the video on some don't work on the latest Windows 10 but do on the Windows 8 and then some I have to log into to watch on Windows 10 I can log into but on the Windows 8 says it doesn't support the video and I don't get the log in option.

I'm going round in circles with this and it is very frustrating as I put my hopes on a resolution with going for Windows 10.

You mention streaming. Does that mean you're watching in the browser?
Which browser are you using? Does the website that you are watching from perhaps still use Flash video? If so, then you must use Internet Explorer to watch. No other browser supports Flash video these days (without making changes, that is)
