Hello. I have a Fujitsu Lifebook A512 which isn’t working. The laptop turns on, goes to the logo screen, loads for a bit and then a message appears saying ‘you can I into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info and then we’ll restart for you’. After this it goes back to the before mentioned logo screen and now underneath it says ‘preparing automatic repair’
then after this it just goes to a black screen with a cursor.

This only started today though and although it wasn’t working yesterday I was able to run it in safe mode by repeatedly pressing F8 which gave me a list of options such as system restore etc. When I was able to get into this menu I tried the following:

System restore - couldn’t perform it as there were no previous saves
System refresh - would get stuck on around 6% and then restart
In short, I tried all the options (apart from anything to do with the command prompt) but nothing worked.

Any ideas? I have important files on the laptop and it’s the only laptop I have. Thanks in advance :)
