full hd or hd in laptops

So i am planning tp buy a lenpvo z50-70
I have considered two models out of which one os full hd (59-429607)
And other is just hd(59-420313) or (59-419439) and the full hd model costs 200$ more .
So how much of a difference does the full hd display on laptop make?

Not much on a 15" screen. If you are super picky then go with the 1080p screen. But for most people the 720p screen will be more than enough and not worth spending the $200 extra.
