full length photos

how would I take full length pictures of myself? what equiptment would I use?

A camera (with built in timer) and a tripod.
Or a friend to hold the camera

Use a tripod and have a friend take several pictures in rapid succession. Repeat. The process should be spread over about 30 minutes in order to yield good results. Normally, the first few pictures will not turn out good, but later in the process the pictures will be fine.
