My asus laptop is completely unresponsive. The keyboard and mouse aren't responding, nor is the power button - which I've pressed and held down for 10 seconds. I have tried Ctrl-alt-delete and ctrl-shift-escape, but haven't had any success with either. I can't get to the task manager and the screen is frozen.

With this laptop there isn't a battery I can remove, so I'm feeling a little out of options. For context, I had several (4 or 5) google chrome pages and a Microsoft word document open, last night I closed the lid of the laptop without shutting it down. It ran out of charge, so this morning I put it on the charger. I've done this numerous times before and it has been fine. But today it started to charge for maybe 2 minutes, I opened a google page and went to type in the search bar when it froze, and this happened. It has been 20 minutes and no change.

I'm not very tech savvy and have exams coming up, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
