Even after total factory reset now have the accessability / welcome screen but touch screen does not allow any input - HELP

This usually means there's a problem with the digitizer, which is what allows touch screen input. It may be a loose connection or just a damage part. In either case, you'll likely need to take it apart to find out, and you should leave that to a professional if you aren't confident in doing it yourself. Wouldn't want to damage an expensive gadget like that, ya know?
